Lyndon from B & L was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained what he was doing. He returned at no extra charge to work out some kinks in the installation that were not his fault and worked hard to be sure we were satisfied. Would definitely use again!

When I contacted Fast Wire Electric, they responded within 24hrs. I had listed the exact job that I needed done and Brian (owner, I believe) emailed me back with price and suggestion of which light dimmers I should purchase. He had obviously read my entire job description request which made me immediately feel like they really were pros. Technicians, Ricky & Lyndon were running a little late and gave me one hour notice that they'd be late. No problem. I appreciated them communicating with me with plenty of notice time. Upon arrival, (exactly when they said they would), it was immediately apparent that these gentlemen were professionals. They wore shoe covers before entering my apartment. They had all of their equipment with them (another person I had contacted had asked me if I had a ladder for him....), lay down their plastic to protect my wooden floor, were courteous, kind and got straight to work. My fans were in boxes. No problem. They opened the boxes, took everything out, figured it all out and just to add more to their already agreeable demeanor, they had a great attitude and sense of humor! There was not one sideways glance or comment of discontentment or negativity. After perfectly installing my living room ceiling fan which was obviously too small for my space, they -- without skipping a beat --- agreed to take it back down and install it in my bedroom instead. No fuss. No problem and no extra charge. I had 4 dimmers to install. One of my light switches was old and a dimmer could not be installed. "No problem", Lyndon says. He told me what I needed to get to make it work and just put it back together. They did that for another fixture in the kitchen that needed a dimmer and answered all of my questions regarding the right fixture to purchase. Ricky figured out how to hang my precious mosaic fixture with ease. They were extremely pleasant and made me feel very safe, having 2 men in my apartment while alone. This is a big deal for us women who have to hire outside assistance when we are on our own. Never underestimate the power of courtesy, politeness and gentlemanly manners. I need to purchase another fan & fixture and as soon as that is done, I will be requesting for this dynamic duo to return. Could not be more pleased. If you are reading this, do not waste your time anywhere else. For top notch, reasonably priced, #1 rated electricians and just really efficient and professional guys, Fast Wire Electric is the only option. Yes we have a price chart for installations and replacements for residential customers only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Straight and forward! Tell us what you want done and we let them know 1st off if it's up to code standard's. Because any project can be done. But does not mean it's done the right way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vocational H.S took electrical installation College electrical engineering technology worked with union company for 17 yrs also got training for fiber optics and from re alarm installation in trade school. All employees must go training twice a week for training in hands on and theory.
