Anthony was amazing. I didn't know much about. Working out but sith his help. I lost. 11 pounds in 3 weeks.

Anthony is a great trainer to work with because he very patient and is a great motivator. His routines are simple and easy to follow but at the same time demands your bbody to push itself beyond the limits. He will also focus and cater to one's weakness so that progress comes in reasonable time.
