I contacted this company and from the jump Jhonny was VERY RUDE. I shared that I wanted an exterior door (storm door) installed and he stated I requested a Front Door (which I didn't) A Storm Door and Front Door are 2 different types of Doors. We finally agreed to proceed with doing business together. I shared that I would purchase the Door from a store and he would pick the Door up which he agreed and I would pay him a little extra. We agreed to the pricing of the job and the charge to pick up the Door. He then calls me to tell me he is at the property and the Door doesn't fit. I so I asked him what size the Door was they gave him and he said it was the wrong size. He proceeded to raise his voice and I wasn't going to let him disrespect me as that raising his voice wasn't necessary. I stated why didn't you check the item when you received before leaving. His response was "it isn't my job to check". I said yes it is since you are picking it up. He kept yelling at me on the phone and I was trying to communicate back as professional as I could but that wasn't good enough for him, so he hung up on me. He then texted he never want to do business with me again, as if I was the problem.

David installed the exterior front door to my home I can't say enough good things about David After months of incompetent workers who had no clue what they were doing One visit David stated the problem and the solution He even secured my home door free of charge I was back and fourth with hiring a carpenter and David worked within me and my budget for months And no matter if it were short notice if me cancelling the appointment David was always flexible with my schedule I highly recommend d David I wouldn't waste time looking around he's reasonable and kind and always professional David never tried to price gouge And expired thoroughly about the process He arrived on time I stress again please if you are looking for any home repair David comes highly recommended
