I hired him to assemble my new ergonomic computer chair, which has neck support and many other features, and he put it together perfectly. As someone recovering from neck surgery and temporarily unable to handle heavy items, I was so relieved and grateful when he took the liberty of disposing of the big box and all the wrapping outside.
