ray did a fantastic job hanging up my curtains in my very large window in my bedroom with a lot of stuff. i had tried to do it myself but i failed miserably and he came in and helped so swiftly and on a very short notice of a couple of hours, thanks ray!

Put up baby gates he did not know how to install. Did not take advice when appropriate. Came back a second time to try to fix the job and made it worse. Then had the audacity to say my walls were messed up. I think as a professional if you don’t know what your doing, don’t take the job. Would not rehire. I have spend twice as much money to fix the wall and reinstall the gates the right way.

First and foremost i am sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience. Secondly I am happy that you were able to purchase new gates and get this issue resolved. I was not able to insall the first gates you bought the exactly way your wife wanted them because of the moulding on the wall, modifications had to be made and different gates had to be purchased and installed, however i still went ahead and tried my best to have them mounted to the wall and the bannister. I offered a Full refund and to take the gates off and to seal the holes like nothing ever happened. You declined and insisted i come over and try to find a solution with the same gates, i tried my best but ultimately it failed again. You the. purchased newer taller gates, and the new installer used modifications and also installed them at an angle, an option i was not given. I try my best to make all of my clients happy & unfortunately sometimes you cannot please everyone. Sorry for the inconvenience.
