Researched on Thumbtack. Reached out to three contractors with positive reviews. One contractor stated to come over 2x (Tues/Wed) but did not show up but finally came the 3rd day (Thurs) but gave me different price (2x +) after seeing up close. The 2nd contractor arrived but his crew too busy to address right away. Yup: Ali (NY Construction 1) and I agree to the job task/price.. he showed up next day with one other and finished the job over two days. Love to give him 5 stars but one never know with flat roof. If you looking for photos of the work done and warranty in writing .. this company is/maybe for you. Also Thumbtack verified their insurance is a positive.

We had two leaks - one from the roof and one from an upstairs bathroom - and they fixed both at a fair price and with obvious skill. We would hire them again for sure! Thank you for your excellent work.

I really appreciate all the help that Ali and his team provided to quickly fix our broken gutter. It was so windy in NYC a few days ago and my roof gutter came off and was dangling on the side of our building and hitting against our window really hard. It was scary. Thankfully Ali came over quickly to look at the issue and he was able to strategically stabilize the gutter to stop it from hitting the window. And then the next morning, he promptly came with his team to fix it. They fixed it quickly and seamlessly. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness and would be happy to seek his help for future construction projects.
