At Natty Dreadz, we believe that the only "good" hair is clean hair. We believe that all dreadlocs should be representative of good hair, this is why we do not adopt the "no shampooing" philosophy. We believe that with a gentle touch and lots of love & care, we can take the "dread" out of dreadlocs. When a client visits Natty Dreadz Hair Salon and leaves with a smile of satisfaction then goes on to recommend others is what me very joyful.

Sandra describes the process of locking your hair as a journey of self discovery. I think she is right and would want no other person as a travel companion. She is very skilled (if it's possible with locs, she's probably done it) and she creates a friendly environment for clients--you're likely to call her your friend before you call her your hair stylist.

Ms.Sandra has been caring and repairing my locks for the past 10+ years. My is well maintained. My hair grows very well with the all natural products that is used to manage my hair that's past my rear end. I just retired and if I leave new york I will kidnap Ms. Sandra. I recommend Natty Dreadz to everyone that plans to start and or has dreads. What impressed me the most is the all natural products and her ability to repair locks. I've been a customer for Ms.Natty for about three years. I started some Dreadlock extensions with her, because I didn't want to go through the ugly process of growing my hair. Lol. I then took out the extensions and in two years my dreads are amazing and healthy ! All Thanks to her ! If she's working on her hair that's what she's focused on doing for the moment, nothing can distract her from doing a customers hair ! And I love that ! When I'm getting my hair done I want it to be perfect. Having her do your hair feels perfect because of the focus she has on you ! Trust me !

I truly want to thank you for treating my hair I had intentions on cutting it of because it was thnning out so bad but you did the interlock and it feels so much better I will definitely recommend anyone who is having problem with their locs to come and see a specialist as yourself. It was absolutely amazing, The professionalism was absolutely there and as well as the passion for her clients. She really dealt with my hair as if it were her hair. So I will definitely recommend clients to Natty. Now with my Locs, I'm absolutely in love with him and they came out better than I thought. Guys she knows what she's doing.
