When I selected this service, Ellite Contractor was the first to respond. Mr. Alfred arrived earlier than the appointment time which was very impressive to me. Although we did not start until our actual appointment time, he remained patient and professional. The communication was clear and consistent. He was very helpful in bringing the large TV up the stairs and also advised us on next steps with the sound bar installation. He even remained patient and professional when I was on a call and it was time to pay.

I absolutely love my TV wall!! I had a rough idea of what I wanted inspired by Pinterest, but their design was so much better because they put a few more shelves and put lights on all of them. We agreed on a budget and timeline and they met both perfectly.
