None.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sometimes the project on Thumbtack is not detailed so I send the prospective client a message for additional details on the project. I also request pictures if possible. I also request to come in person to assess the job when all of the above is not clear enough to provide a price quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually don't as most of my projects are pretty standard things that don't require me to have a license but I do my research when needed to see if I am comfortable with a prospective task that I'm interested in.
