Roger and his guy installed a butcher block countertop in my kitchen. I paid Roger to go to Home Depot to purchase the materals. I gave him a deposit that covered shopping for the the materials, the cost of the materials and picking them up from the store and delivering them to my place. I am very happy with the result. See pictures attached.

Roger was very professional and responsive when I contact him. Roger work is clean and quality. He is knowledgeable about his craft. Roger upgraded our lightings and ceiling fans in our new home. Loved it his work.

A customer should not have to keep sending "multiple reminder texts" to the handyman to check his email for review of customer's pending work to be done, I don't care how busy he is. This is unprofessional and poor time management on his part. To add insult to injury, he kept pushing the work date further out which ran into the holidays...ridiculous & unacceptable behavior!
