- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask customer how soon the assignment needs to be done and specifics regarding how they would like the job completed. If a Notary Assignment - it is necessary to ask if all signers have valid/ non- expired photo ID. If the signing is in a hospital setting it is necessary to ask/ determine if the signer has the ability understand the paperwork they are signing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the National Notary Association Signing Agent Training / Certification. Also have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a Notary Public when working for a Real Estate Management company called Tryax Realty Management. Later started to work as a Mobile Notary as it is interesting at times and as a secondary income opportunity.
