- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the level of service that I provide. The more extensive the services the more my services cost. However, I am very moderately priced and am willing to work with my customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out to me I will send you a questionnaire via email to find out a little bit more of what it is that you want. Once I receive that we will have our free phone consultation. This is where I get to know you a little bit more. Once I get a more clear idea of what you want I will get back to you within 24-36 hours to get back to you with the ideas I've come up with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any official training however, I've been planning and decorating parties for years. I've been a manager at a real estate office for the last 15 years where I've also planned company events.
