- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on an estimate of how long a job will take. It starts at 55/hr plus $25/hr for travel time. At the start of a confirmed job the client will pay a 10% down payment of the estimate price. Once the job is complete the client will only pay the price of the actual cost. This could be less or more than the estimate price depending on how big the job is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a call or in-person consultation where we discuss how we can work together to achieve the your organizing goals. You can let me know a bit more about your project, your timeline, and any specific goals you have in mind. After seeing the space and learning more about the job, I will then give you an estimate price as well as a timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified professional organizer. I have take a rigorous online course as well as have experience organizing spaces for over 5 years.
