Introduction
My passion for physical fitness started twelve years ago after constantly struggling with weight gain/lost cycles. Since my daily life wasn’t routine as a naval officer and a mother, it was challenging to stick to “traditional” workout routine which offered minimal results. After working with a personal trainer, I learned how to improve my overall physical fitness level, while finally losing those unwanted “yo-yo” pounds, lower my body mass index and improve cardiovascular endurance. This took time and dedication, plus the support of a great trainer. Now as a National Academy of Sports Medicine, (NASM) certified personal trainer for more than seven years, I’m passionate about helping others achieve their personal fitness goals. I’ve discovered the success of an individual's personal physical fitness goal is not solely based on the number of reputations an individual can complete for a particular exercise. It’s also based on the level of support and understanding they receive. This is why the basis of how I train revolves around meeting each individual at their particular physical and emotional level. Don’t get me wrong, I produce results. However, I chose to do it on a relationship development foundation (making a connection). I specialize in creating effective and efficient individualized workout routines utilizing stabilization, cardiovascular, and strength training techniques designed to improving stamina, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance, weight loss, and body muscle tone. *Life is never mundane, therefore our workouts should NEVER be mundane*

I’ve only just started working with Constance, and I absolutely love it! I learn new things every session, and it’s always a great workout. As someone who’s constantly struggled with going to the gym, having Constance around has been an amazing help. She’s super kind and energetic but pushes you to work hard, which is exactly the type of trainer I was looking for. I highly recommend her to everyone and anyone!

Constance was a wonderful trainer and I could not have been more satisfied with her special attention. I was diagnosed with osteopenia at 64 and needed to do resistance training. I did not exercise regularly and only did occasional yoga. Constance took the time to learn about my needs and designed a program specifically for my age and disease. We worked out for 9 weeks meeting 3 times a week for 30 minutes initially then scaled it back to one or two times a week. It was always at my discretion. She made sure it was challenging enough but not too intense. I always got a good work out and felt stronger. Later she conducted a weight lifting for women class which I took and would have continued but the facility did not renew the class. She was always professional and made sure I got her full attention and time. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
