Denise did a great job! She diagnosed the problem than fixed it and took the time to explain what she was doing, all while completing the job in a timely fashion. Most importantly I now have a fully operational faucet which I haven’t had for months. I highly recommend her. Thanks DNice!!

Great work. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She came across a few mishaps but immediately resolved them with no problem. She was patient and not rushing through the job, answered all my questions, very professional and just overall nice person.

I really appreciated the entire experience. She called me right after I posted the job, explained the process to me, updated me throughout the process and cleaned up after herself. I would definitely use her again.

Service completed but unfortunately Denice lacked some experience and resulted in using YouTube to complete the work. In addition, a piece of the old faucet broke when replacing. Now I have to buy the piece so I can sell the old faucet (only 1 year old). The new faucet Manuel was also discarded without my notice, which I like to keep in case problems arise in the future. I found it ripped in the trash. Denice was really nice and cared about the work she was doing, with more experience I am confident she will be exceptional.

Hey Samson , sorry about your manual, it got wet during the process of flushing out the water from the line. I did not intentionally ripped it, if you like I can send you a pdf manual for that faucet. In regards of the nut handle for the glacier faucet, those nut handle are very cheap, for the price that a customer pays for the faucet itself. You can go to any plumbing hardware store and they would tell you that. Unfortunately the previous installer over tighten the nut handle, so hard that the spring broke in the process of unscrewing it. Glacier bay nut handle for kitchen faucet are not as good as before. I sent you a message that you can use a standard nut handle for same job and better results. The YouTube, was not because I don’t know how to install a faucet, it because it was the first time I’ve seen a nut handle with lock washer built in it. Unfortunately I couldn’t find no videos and the process had to be done with the best of my knowledge. Sorry again
