Greg is very realistic about the housing market and is straightforward in what you can expect when selling your coop. Greg was personally recommended to me by a very close friend when I decided to sell my house in Dobbs Ferry. After our initial meeting I felt confident that Greg can get the job done. Pricing the house was a bit tricky since my home had a lot of unique features, plus many recent updates that cost me thousands of dollars. Greg took everything into account and gave me great staging advice so that the home shows better to prospective buyers. I think he priced it right on the money, since we started to receive serious offers almost immediately. While I didn't end up accepting the highest offer (it had too many contingencies), I accepted a great offer from a wonderful family and we closed in just over 1 month. By the way, Greg is very responsive -- he answered every time I called! He is a man of his word and I truly appreciate that. Thanks again!
