I highly recommend Arte. He previously did work for my dad and our neighbor, and based on those great experiences and his accountability, I hired him to replace my entire roof. His team was fantasticvery detailed, hardworking, and everything was completed on time and as scheduled. Before starting, we had a gap with significant rain, and he came out right away to patch a leak for us before beginning the full job. He's very fair and reasonably priced compared to others, coming out right within our budget. When it came to materials, he brought out a sample board that made it easy to choose the right look. We opted for the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Barkwood, and the result is absolutely beautiful. We love the added peace of mind knowing these premium shingles offer exceptional durability, a lifetime limited warranty, and excellent wind and algae resistance. We love our new roof and would gladly refer him to any of our friends and neighbors for his great work.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free roof inspections and detailed written estimates before any work begins. Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of the project, materials, and labor required. There are no hidden fees, and every customer knows exactly what they're paying for. We also offer warranties on qualifying projects and flexible scheduling to fit your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your roofing concerns and scheduling a free inspection. After evaluating the roof, we explain the problem, answer your questions, and provide a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project, keep you updated throughout the process, and leave the job site clean when the work is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on roofing experience working with flat roofs, asphalt shingles, rubber roofing, flashing, gutters, slate, and roof repairs.
