Individual training sessions for personal training sessions (general fitness/powerlifting/calisthenics/plyometrics/strength and conditioning/ mobilityand flexibilitytraining, etc.)= $50 per hour Individual nutrition consultations= $50 per hour Individual martial arts training sessions= $25 per hour for individual sessions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I begin with an mutal introduction/orientation. We discuss goals, motivating factors, etc. Then I conduct a PARQ and begin training. Throughout the process I take appropriate measures to hold each client accountable for their own journey and provide them with proper guidance and information along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in martial arts and personal defense readiness/combatives and self defense to varying capacities since 1992 up to the current date. I have training in various forms of karate, ju-jutsu, other eastern based martial arts and also western based reality-based-self-defense systems. I have been involved in fitness/exercise science, and strength training and conditioning passionately over the last 8 years up to this current date. I am certified as a professional trainer and also as a powerlifting instructor through ISSA.
