- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing on all of our services. This, coupled with exception service and know-how allows us to service our clients effectively. We price our services based on your needs, we are here to help you succeed, not to overwhelm you with expensive service fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will learn immediately that we are communicative and thorough in all that we do. We have options to include their QuickBooks Online and or Xero Accounting platforms wrapped into our monthly or quarterly services. We also offer a client portal for safe and secure exchange of sensitive information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Business Management and over 15 years of experience working with businesses in a wide variety of industries. I am a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a Xero Certified Partner. We have also worked with other accounting platforms such as MYOB, ACCPAC, PeachTree, and others.
