I needed 2 tv's mounted. I was given 3 choices and called all 3. Daniel gave the best prices and came at the last minute. I didn' t know what to expect but, he exceeded all expectations. He was professional, on time and gave really good advice during the installation. I am so pleased with the installation. I recommend JCADS highly. I will recommend them and use them again and again.

I had to reschedule a few times. They were courteous and understanding. They said they would call if a cancellation happened on a Sunday and they arrived early to our delight. They installed a sound system and a multi function printer. They explained everything and took the time necessary to ensure we had full functionality with the wireless printer and sound system.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing electronic installation services.

Daniel rocks!!!
I purchased an Apple TV box & had challenges getting it connected to my surround sound. After being on the phone with apple support for over an hour & on the phone with Best Buy (for my receiver), I placed a description of the work I needed on thumbtack.
I received 4 other quotes but Daniel was the most prompt & thorough in his response. After speaking with him on the phone, I felt confident in his ability to resolve my issue quickly, efficiently & at a reasonable price.
He set up an appt to come out right away. The service was exceptional! Daniel arrived at my home precisely at the appointed time. He had my sound fixed in a short amount of time. He described in detail what the problem was & his solution.
Daniel was a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him!!

I called JCADs on December 24th, after getting no attention at all from the vendor who installed our home theater system. All I wanted was a sure date in January that someone would show up, but the JCADs team came that afternoon, and completed the job in a couple of hours. Not only did they install two new components, but they reprogrammed the entire system, which made a material difference in its performance. Their team was personable, professional and provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. These guys were the real deal.
