- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I teach violin viola and cello.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, is discover what an individual views as music, and playing a string instrument. Review any goals that an individual might have. The goals can be a vehicle to promote learning and as a teacher it is a priority to help with a musical goal if I can.
