Every aspect of working with Jessica and TDY Moving was superlative. Jessica is patient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Every phone call is answered immediately. Customer service is clearly important. Jessica gave me an estimate that was the exact price for the move. No surprises at the end. The team that she sent managed to move everything out of a very tight 5th floor walkup and even returned after hours with a poster that had been left in the truck. I really can't say enough positive things about this whole experience. - What types of customers have you worked with?Full packing of fragile items Antiques Fine Art and Etc. Wrapping all items in moving blankets to avoid damages. also we specialize in office moves. We have had all type of high end clients, we've even serviced some celebrities throughout the years!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Use only moving boxes for your move! Do not use home depot boxes. They are designed to crush and items can get damaged! Provide as much information about your move such as stairs, long push, if you are packing, If you need disassembling, also notify your movers if you need special tools. Check if the building you are moving from or to require certificated of insurance, As well as any restrictions of time.
