- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is aligned to my overall experience. Personal factors such as my hard and soft skills, level of education, history in the sector or industry, and relevant work experience all make up the reasoning behind my rate choices. I am also open to negotiating my rates. I pride myself in working within the budgets of my prospective clients. All in all, I would never want to turn someone away from my services without first working out some sort of partnership.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with my clients, I always make sure to think critically, creatively and communicate with my clients effectively and efficiently. Communication is very important to me so I ALWAYS make sure to keep the client in the loop with everything. I always make sure to have fun with the work for myself & the client. :-) My work ethic makes me a great addition to the Thumbtack community. I'm self-sufficient with a go-get-em attitude. I pride myself on being a self-motivated, getting to yes, solutions-driven, creative & pragmatic problem solver with an innate attention to detail.I am a VERY patient person and I work alongside my clients, not against them. All of my clients know that I am a very hard worker and I am always passionate about the jobs I handle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended NYU and received my Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology. I know how to work directly with people. In 2013, I started my own creative consulting agency which specializes in brand and image management. Home & office organization, closet cleansing, moving, wardrobe styling are just a few of the types of jobs we perform.
