- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard fee per resume ranges from $30-$75. (Based upon content, skill level, and field)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is speaking with the client via phone and asking them about their employment history, education, and skills. Most importantly, we will discuss the desired position of the candidate to ensure that the resume is geared towards the objective they are seeking. The second step is to draft a resume and have the client review the information in detail. The final step in the process is to create a final draft that the client feels confident in submitting for applications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have acquired a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Human Resources. This has developed my skills in understanding the role an individual plays in an organization and how employers seek candidates who match the core values within their Company. In addition, I have over four years of experience in Human Resources and Operations. Throughout my position, I have reviewed over 1,000 resumes and interviewed candidates for a variety of positions.
