Andrew was quick to respond, was very neat while working. Also came back because the toilet was not flushing correctly and took his time to find the problem.

Very good experience working with Andrew. He analyzed and tested the clog until he determined that the toilet needed to be changed. The price he charged was very fair for installing a new toilet. Definitely 10 out of 10

We didnt realize the toilet was broken during the shipment until Andrew came. He had to come in again to do the work, which was done perfectly. Highly recommended

Andrew was excellent. I reached out about a toilet that was leaking from the bottom of the tank and he responded right away, then texted that morning to say he could come even earlier than scheduled. He diagnosed it as a worn flush valve gasket, had the part with him, and had everything fixed in one visit. He also lubricated the flush handle, tightened the nuts, and cleaned the fill valve and flapper while he was in there. $160 including parts, with a 2-month warranty on the work. Fast, communicative, fair price — I'll be calling him for future projects.
