Needed my sewer snaked ASAP. AO Sewer came from another job in NJ to my parents home in Queens. They immediately diagnosed what the issue was & went to work. Remedied the situation very quickly. Thorough in their explanation of the issue as well! Will use again.

Avoid this company. Very fraudulent practices. I hired them to provide estimates for three separate, unrelated jobs and paid a $96 service fee for the visit. Before scheduling, I made it clear that I would decide whether to move forward with any of the work after reviewing the pricing. After receiving their quotes, I agreed to proceed with one of the jobs. At that point, I was told I would lose the entire $96 fee unless I also moved forward with the second quoted job. This was never disclosed beforehand and makes absolutely no sense given that the jobs were unrelated and I had explained that from the start. To make matters worse, once they arrived, they informed me that they could not perform the third job at all—even though they never mentioned that limitation before charging me for the visit. There were also contradictory statements regarding my building’s COI (Certificate of Insurance) requirement. Before the appointment, I was assured obtaining a COI would be easy. During the visit, I was told it would be very difficult for them to provide one. In the end, I paid $96 for roughly five minutes of their time, received extremely inflated quotes, and was subjected to a bait-and-switch regarding both the service fee and their ability to perform the work. The entire experience felt designed to collect service fees rather than win business through competitive pricing or quality service. I will be filing a formal complaint and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
