Mr James came into the service call and figured out the problem in 10 mins that a previous plumber couldn't figure out in 4hrs.

Excellent - James did an excellent job for a great price . Very nice guy too and easy to work with , he even fixed issues I forgot to mention and didn’t ask for extra money - I’ll be sure to call him for my future plumbing needs. As an aside, he wears a mask - for some reason a lot of plumbers don’t (and should)
