- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing usually takes into account that we are fully insured which is slightly more expensive than someone uninsured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is very simple. Once the job is booked the customer will be able to receive by e-mail or text who the technician will be with a picture and a small bio for security reason as well as a link to track the technician live. After the visit the customer will be receiving a survey review to tell about their experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our technician have over 15 years of experience and have had experience in most area of plumbing.
