We were looking to have 2 toilets installed, so we reached out to several plumbers through Thumbtack. Although we typically rely on reviews to guide our decisions, this time we decided to follow our instincts, and we are so glad that we did.
Michael came to our home the next day. Not only did he install our 2 toilets, but he also took the time to assess and correct our water line in the bathroom and installed our vanities. His thoughtful approach made the whole process that much smoother.
We were also experiencing an issue with our hot water furnace, and without hesitation, Michael resolved that too!
What stood out to us was Michael’s attention to detail. He made sure to explain everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand.

I have always been able to call Michael for any last minute or emergency plumbing issue in my home such as when my baby flushed wipes down the toilet and with his timely response I was able to get my drain unclogged before bathtime.
