I take my job very seriously and I understand the concept of the customer trusting me to do work in their home\business, I am very handy with other tasks aswell well like assembling and installations, patching walls , etc.. my number one priority is not the payment, it is the customer satisfaction that will build long term business with my customers. I also take on emergency services after midnight if needed.

Sammie is a great communicator on a weekend last minute plumbing job. What may have been an ‘easy’ snaking of a kitchen sink becomes a lot more complicated in a 19th Century Brownstone w some botched prior plumbing in a Tenant occupied unit.
Sammie navigated the complexity w a calm and thorough process. He cleared the clog deep in the line. He also fixed and replaced lines to complete the job with a preventative focus. All while coming in at budget. Highly recommend and very happy to add, I have a new Plumber. Thanks Sammie

I had a nightmare, my water heater cracked and was flooding out my basement and they jumped in with no hesitation and got it all under control! Cut out the old one and replaced it with a new one in less than 2 hours! Highly recommend!
