Great work! Everything went according to plan and they did a good job of cleanup afterwards. We did communicate in advance about a bathroom drain that was very clogged, so they knew in advance it was more than just a small clog. They had the right tools, arrived on time and had it done and cleaned in about 20-25 minutes. Drain working great ever since. Thank you!

Above and beyond Knowledgeable, hard worker and truly an amazing company. The pricing is fair. You’ll start out with a plumbing problem and at the end the problem will be fixed. I won’t gate keep this company.

Niko from Right Way Plumbing answered my request within 3 minutes he was at my house within 45 minutes, clogged outside drain fixed in an hour, his rate was reasonable as this was an emergency call, we were in the midst of a rain storm. I'd request and recommend him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins, with no hidden fees. Pricing is based on the scope of work and materials required. All options are discussed in advance so customers can make informed decisions with confidence.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by listening carefully to understand the issue. After a thorough inspection, I clearly explain the problem and outline the recommended solution with upfront pricing before any work begins. Once approved, I complete the repair efficiently, test the system to ensure proper and safe operation, and leave the work area clean. Clear communication and accountability are part of every job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of experience in the plumbing trade, supported by formal technical education in plumbing systems and installation. In New York, I gained 3 years of hands-on experience working under a Licensed Master Plumber, focusing on residential systems, diagnostics, and code-compliant installations. My background includes water supply and drainage systems, fixture installations, water heaters, leak detection, and emergency repairs. I continuously stay informed about industry standards and NYC plumbing code requirements.
