For trip and diagnostic: Brooklyn $81+tax Queens, Long Island, Bronx, Staten Island $90+tax New Jersey $100+tax Service charge fee will be deducted from labor if customer agreed to do repair or installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Ask general information about appilance and problem 2) Ask for exact location and give estimate time arrival 3) Start to do diagnostic and explanation of problem with appliance 4) Explain how long will take to get parts or to do repair 5) Complete job.
