I like the fact that they explained to me what was wrong with each machine. I also loved the honesty of recommending getting new once since the repair was going to be more expensive and not fully guaranteed.

Max from AYAX Appliance repair was everything you'd expect from an appliance repair tech: Knowledgeable, reliable, professional and honest. He showed up exactly when he said he would (EARLY actually) and knew exactly what was wrong within minutes of his diagnosis. He fixed both a Maytag Electric Dryer (broken belt) and a Fisher Paykel Refrigerator (faulty Ice Maker). He had to come back for the Dryer repair, which he did, exactly as he promised. I would HIGHLY recommend AYAX Inc Repair (Max Ilin) and would definitely use again.

I was on the fence bet buying a new dryer or looking into having my current one repaired. I did some research, read the reviews and decided yesterday to look into having my dryer repaired .
