They responded to me within 30 or so minutes of me sending out the request -- despite my request coming around 11 pm at night.
They came the next day and got the work done for exactly the quoted price. The two person team was good natured, worked quickly, and did exactly what we needed.
We 100% will be returning customers should we have any appliance, plumbing or heating/cooling issues.

Mike was not only amazing in expertly removing my old wall AC, but he also unboxed the new one and installed it with insulation to insure that heat or cold would not seep through around the edges. He's also a great and friendly guy! Highly recommend him to others and will definitely use him again, as he mentioned his skills span a wide variety of handyman tasks.
