I am a new home owner. My gas dryer wasn’t heating during the first use. I requested quotes from Thumbtack and they responded immediately via text and call. They were available next day and coordinated a time. The technician was different than the person I spoke with via phone but he did arrive on time and explained the issue ( igniter and two fuses). The fee was $390 minus the $49 service fee. I’m not familiar with what this would cost so I can’t say if it’s affordable or not but I will say the owner was very professional and kind. Additionally, the response time and service was great.

Rahim did an excellent job installing our new dishwasher! He was right on time, assessed what needed to be done and even went to Lowe’s to buy a part we were missing. He pulled out our old dishwasher and helped my husband carry it outside and then installed the new dishwasher. He asked for our input at each step to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. He cleaned up and left everything neat and tidy and was extremely pleasant. The new dishwasher works great! Thank you Rahim.
