They sent the their technician Abbos, and he was really fast, respectful, and very professional with everything he did. He treated the whole job like it was his own dry machine. I also shopped around a little bit on thumbtack and I decided to go with these guys because they gave me the best price. And I’m glad I did. After replacing the thermal fuse, he cleaned up a little bit of the lint that built up inside the dry machine and he took his time to educate me of what happened and how this part usually fails and the best practices after to maintain my dry machine and add several more years to make the dryer last longer. He was kind and intelligent, and he didn’t do a sloppy job. I know many technicians don’t put back every screw, but he did. He was very careful not to force the parts when he was taking it out and putting it back. He helped clean up and push the dryer back in place, it truly felt like he was a family member that came to help. All in all, I really appreciate QuickSolve Appliance repair for the fast, professional, and very courteous job. Will definetely be recommending to my friends and calling him again for future work!
