• Diagnostic & service call fee: • Brooklyn – $99 + tax • Queens, Long Island, Bronx, Staten Island – $120 + tax • New Jersey – $150 + tax • If the customer approves repair or installation, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the final cost. • No hidden charges — all pricing is explained upfront.

Perform a full diagnostic, explain the problem in simple terms, and provide upfront repair or installation options. 4.
