Mike and crew are fantastic — polite and professional but most importantly they take pride in the craft of their work. A truly talented team, they did everything from tile work, custom radiator covers, installation lighting and new molding to painting and wallpaper. As a creative director, with a discerning eye, I was pleasantly surprised when they were pointing out touch ups they planned to do, before I even noticed. Also they worked late to finish the job on time so it was ready on the day we needed to move in. A2Z Renovation will be the first ones I call the next time I need help.

Mike and his team were the best. We hit some snags on our end in the beginning, but they were super accommodating. The work got done in the time frame they said it would. Really happy with the outcome of the job and that I found them for future projects!

Mike was professional and offered a great price for our apartment refinishing job. He was very responsive throughout the building’s heavy approval process, and once we were approved his team got the job done in under two days. He also helpfully suggested I keep the floor’s original color as opposed to staining it, which worked out great.

Aslam Pars and his two co-workers cemented and painted a brick wall. He also re-grouted a bathtub and shower, and he fixed our Ikea kitchen drawers. He was committed to doing a good job and was very open to feedback and slight alterations. He was extremely punctual and completed the job on time. We would call Aslam for help again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this kind of business it's very hard to give an estimate without seeing the project in person many things needs to be taken into consideration therefore we offer free estimate for all our clients. However we have standard pricing for some type of work. Standard price for painting and patching 1.5$ per square feet that will include moldings, trims and minor repair work. Tile 10$ per square feet. Parquet starts from 5$ up to 25$ per square feet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment and we go to the project site to give a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 10 years of experience in construction field.
