- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts Ben Window & Glass for a window repair service, our team typically follows a simple and straightforward process to ensure that we understand their needs and can provide them with the best possible solution. First, we'll ask the customer for some basic information about the type of repair they need and any other relevant details such as the size and location of the windows, the age of the property, and the desired timeframe for the repair. Once we have a better understanding of the customer's needs, we'll schedule a free estimate appointment at a time that is convenient for them. During this appointment, one of our experienced technicians will visit the customer's property to assess the damage and provide an accurate estimate for the repair. We take great pride in offering transparent and reasonable pricing for all of our services, and we'll make sure to answer any questions the customer may have about the estimate or the repair process. If the customer decides to move forward with the repair, we'll schedule a time to complete the work that is convenient for them. Our team will arrive promptly at the scheduled time and work quickly and efficiently to complete the repair to the highest possible standard. Throughout the process, we'll keep the customer informed of our progress and make sure that they are completely satisfied with the work we have done.
