Tomas and his grandson helper were absolutely phenomenal!! I had concerns about the blinds not fitting, and not only did Tomas call me the evening before to discuss, but when he arrived, he had a plan to make sure he blinds fit. He even had to modify custom pieces to fit my window... but you would never know! He left the place cleaner than when he showed up and was a pleasure with which to work. A+

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75.00 to measure, $15.00 to $45.00 per Venetian blind or roller shades to be install. Drapery Installation is priced by the width of the drapery track or rod.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the work that needs to be done, do they need me to measure the area that the window covering will be install, how many windows in this project, have they purchase the window covering yet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I study upholstery in high school and been working in the trade all my life. I am a Hunter Douglas Certified Installer.
