I needed to get about a dozen old windows with many different problems repaired. Eugene contacted me promptly and Vlad came out the next day to look at the job. We agreed on a very fair price. Vlad returned yesterday to start the job. He and his helper have done excellent work so far--they completed work on 4 windows, all with different problems and all working well now.

We called Vladimir to fix our windows - they kept opening and we were unable to leave them just a crack open without the top sliding all the way down.
