We have had adequate experiences with window repair services in the past (we have 30 of ‘em). It usually takes two visits for a completed job. Vladimir of “Window Services” finished the 3 windows' balances and a total of windows' lubrication within 90 minutes. He arrived ready to do the job which allowed me to have the rest of my Saturday to myself. Exceptional.

I cannot rate Vlad from Window Service more highly. He responded immediately to my request for a quote and came the next day in person to look at the job. I needed specific Andersen windows replaced where water damage from the roof had been running through the walls and the frames were all rotten and mold had started to come through. He ordered the windows in for me and came as promised and did the entire job for two rooms in the same day and sealed everything. He worked quickly and was so professional and kind. He explained everything as he went and showed me the extent of the damage inside the walls. He was very careful with the sheetrock and did such a great job that the contractor coming to redo the sheetrock and the paint was very impressed. Vlad and his colleague cleaned as they went and took such care to cover the floor and the furniture in the rooms. Highly recommend. Clearly experts in their field and showed integrity with pricing.
