These are sample prices and your individual quote may differ from these sample prices based on season, day of week, and bus availability. -One way transfer between LGA/JFK and Manhattan: $400 -One way transfer within a single borough: $350 -Typical 5 hour rate (local use within NYC): $600 -Typical out of town rate (more than 100 miles): $4.00 per mile
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When requesting a quote from a company, please have the following information ready for review: 1) Date of trip 2) Bus/van size 3) Pickup location 4) Pickup time 5) Dropoff location 6) Return time from dropoff location (if applicable) 7) Special requests from company Charter bus pricing is highly dependent on dates and the type of trip. It is rare to have a standard hourly rate for buses except for shuttle services. For very short trips, school buses may be available outside of school hours. Customers should be prepared to leave a partial deposit to hold a vehicle, with the remainder due 2-4 weeks before the trip.
