FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size of the job, site conditions, materials involved, and the time needed to complete the work properly. I always try to give fair and clear estimates upfront. For smaller jobs, I may have a minimum service charge, and for larger projects I can provide a more detailed quote after reviewing photos or seeing the space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to understand exactly what the customer needs done. I usually ask for photos, measurements, or a short description of the project so I can give an accurate estimate. Once everything is clear, we schedule a time that works, I arrive prepared, complete the work carefully, and make sure the customer is happy with the final result before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 15 years of hands-on experience in construction, cabinet work, and handyman services, handling projects from start to finish. My background includes everything from basic repairs and assembly to full kitchen installations, cabinet systems, wall mounting, and finishing details. I’ve worked with IKEA, Wren, and other cabinet systems, and I’ve also received training through IKEA partner installation work. Over the years, I’ve learned how to manage the whole process from A to Z, solve problems on-site, and make sure the final result is clean, safe, and done properly.
