Jack came out to shampoo and deep-clean our living room and hallway carpets, which had years of foot traffic, occasional spills, and pet messes built up. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and was upfront about pricing—no hidden fees or upsells.
He did a thorough hot water extraction shampoo with strong pre-treatment on the high-traffic paths and stubborn spots. Several marks I figured were permanent came out completely.
Jack knows his stuff, works efficiently, and clearly takes pride in leaving things spotless. Best carpet shampooing we’ve had—highly recommend him. We’ll definitely call Jack back for the future.

I had a great experience with Carpet Care NYC. They were timely, professional, and even arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they called, kept me updated, and made the whole process easy.
The team was friendly, personable, and very efficient. They did an excellent job cleaning, steaming, and shampooing the carpets in my bedroom, stairs, and downstairs basement area, all for a very reasonable price.
