They came right away, explained everything, and did an outstanding job of cleaning my carpet. When I showed my wife, she was amazed, and agreed they had saved the carpet and that it didn't need to be replaced.

Oleg was very polite and very competent. Our carpets were left over from previous owners and he vigorously cleaned them and a difficult set of stairs. Would highly recommend Olegs work

From initial contact to the end, it has been a very pleasant experience. They were responsive and polite in explaining the job and clear in giving me estimates. Oleg was also very polite and precise in person, and did an amazing job cleaning my almost 30 years old carpet. He initially said it will be 2 hours but it actually took him 3 hours to complete the job. Obviously he wanted to do the job right. I am so appreciative and will definitely recommend him to everyone!
