They came right away, explained everything, and did an outstanding job of cleaning my carpet. When I showed my wife, she was amazed, and agreed they had saved the carpet and that it didn't need to be replaced.

I reached out on Sunday, got prompt and fairly priced quote so quickly. I was impressed already. I couldn’t ask for better cleaning service, rugs are looking great and while I was afraid of heavy chemicals, I should not have been worried at all, there is enough to clean thoroughly the rug but no lingering smell of chemicals after the service.
So impressed, I will recommend this company to all my friends and family

Not only did they respond immediately, they were also patient with my questions (since it’s my first time). On the day of, Oleg explained the process to me again as well as any issues he found with our carpet. The carpet in our new home has not been used for years but King Carpet made the whole second floor look, feel, and smell brand new (fresh, not a strong chemical scent). Highly recommend King Carpet and will definitely hire them again! Thank you.

Oleg was very polite and very competent. Our carpets were left over from previous owners and he vigorously cleaned them and a difficult set of stairs. Would highly recommend Olegs work
