Had a leak from my second floor and by the time I noticed, the carpet downstairs had been sitting wet and damp for three days. Mold had already started showing up and the smell was awful. I had no idea what to do.
Found PureCouch NYC and they showed up within an hour of me calling. Two hours later the job was completely done. The mold is gone, the carpet looks clean and the bad odor that had taken over the room has completely disappeared.
Honestly didn't expect results that fast. Really impressed with how they handled it. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with water damage or mold issues.

I genuinely didnt know who to call or what to do. We had a pipe burst on the second floor and by the time we realized what was happening, the water had already soaked through the ceiling and into the carpet downstairs. Id say it sat there wet for at least three to four days before we got it properly assessed. By that point the smell was unbearable musty, damp, just awful and you could see dark patches starting to form where the mold was setting in. I was convinced wed have to rip the whole carpet out.A friend recommended PureCouch NYC and honestly I called them not expecting much, just hoping someone could at least tell me what my options were. They picked up immediately, asked a few questions, and told me they could be there within the hour. I thought that was just something people say. They actually showed up in under an hour.They got to work straight away. The whole process took about an hour. I kept checking in from the other room because I couldnt believe how efficiently they were moving through it. When they were done I walked back into that room and the difference was shocking. No smell. Not reduced completely gone. The carpet looked clean, the dark patches were gone, and the room felt like a normal room again. It dried overnight and by the next morning you would never have known anything happened.I still think about how bad it could have gotten if wed waited any longer. These guys genuinely saved us from a much bigger problem. Cannot recommend them enough

Just moved into a new place and the previous tenants clearly had pets. The smell was bad. Really bad. Called these guys and they came out the next day. Did the carpets and the couch that was left behind. Place smells completely normal now. Huge relief.
