Eddy and Leo have been great to work with to troubleshoot and fix a dryer duct condensation issue caused by the original builder's installation. They've took the time to understand the problem and tested fixes before trying to call it done and moving on like the previous people I've had look at this. The work quality looks excellent and it's been really easy to to schedule with them. We've got hopefully just one more step before the job is done, but already very happy we connected here on Thumbtack.

Installed Ductless Mini-Split. 2 Indoor Units and 1 Outdoor on the roof on a 3-family Brownstone. Punctual, Great Work, Finished Ahead of Schedule, Clearly knew their stuff. Are even fixing up a shoddy job I had from another A/C guy. They're my go-to now.

Alpha Mechanical is the best, I had a problem with my furnace that no one else could diagnose, I called Alpha Mechanical they came over diagnosed the problem and resolved it professionally and efficiently. I only wish I found them sooner, for any other issues I would not hesitate to call them again. I only wish I found them sooner.

Eddy came and figured out the problem with my boiler. Another company came out a few weeks prior and said nothing was wrong with my boiler. This was not the case at all. Something was truly wrong. Eddy determined the control for my hot water system was too high, which cause my water to boil inside the pipes and turn into steam; creating steam inside the system. This steam did not allow the water to circulate. He then had to bleed the air out of the pipes, and that ultimately fixed the problem. They did make some maintenance recommendations before the next winter season. I will call him when that time comes.

Emergency service call $200.00 include traveling time 1 hour troubleshooting any Comercial equipment, ice machine refigeration, AC cooling and heating tolls excluded. Night and weekends service call is $300.00 Financial services upon request credit application available FOR NEW PROJECTS FREE ESTIMATE
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and give them references upon request, also I do provide the equipment and or materials for new installation is our responsibility and warranty, if not we are no responsable for the equipment damage or bad function supply by the customer. All installation will by follow local permit, rules, code and regulations by city and state.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineer Electronic Technology, and certified on many cooking, refigeration, HVAC equipment and Brands Name Factory. CERTIFIED Electromechanical, Electronic Technician, ELECTRICIAN and PLOMER.
