- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Emergency service call $200.00 include traveling time 1 hour troubleshooting any Comercial equipment, ice machine refigeration, AC cooling and heating tolls excluded. Night and weekends service call is $300.00 Financial services upon request credit application available FOR NEW PROJECTS FREE ESTIMATE
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and give them references upon request, also I do provide the equipment and or materials for new installation is our responsibility and warranty, if not we are no responsable for the equipment damage or bad function supply by the customer. All installation will by follow local permit, rules, code and regulations by city and state.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineer Electronic Technology, and certified on many cooking, refigeration, HVAC equipment and Brands Name Factory. CERTIFIED Electromechanical, Electronic Technician, ELECTRICIAN and PLOMER.
