Eddie was beyond AMAZING!!! He worked with me and my grandma and fixed everything! He made sure he wasn’t going to leave until we had heat. He was responsive to repairing our pipes. Eddy is a nice man who offers quality work at an affordable rate. He can do a variety of things from heating, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and home contracting. He replaced a water heater that was leaking and also took out an old solar water heater tank as well. He came back another day and changed a whole house fan with wall switches and also changed a halogen light in the kitchen to an LED one. He stands by his work and tells you to call him if any issues and is available if an emergency happens. He is great for those small jobs you need done around the house but don't want to spend a fortune on. His assistant Rudy is also very professional and respectful. Thanks Eddy and Rudy!

Eddy came and figured out the problem with my boiler. Another company came out a few weeks prior and said nothing was wrong with my boiler. This was not the case at all. Something was truly wrong. Eddy determined the control for my hot water system was too high, which cause my water to boil inside the pipes and turn into steam; creating steam inside the system. This steam did not allow the water to circulate. He then had to bleed the air out of the pipes, and that ultimately fixed the problem. They did make some maintenance recommendations before the next winter season. I will call him when that time comes.

Emergency service call $200.00 include traveling time 1 hour troubleshooting any Comercial equipment, ice machine refigeration, AC cooling and heating tolls excluded.
Night and weekends service call is $300.00

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and give them references upon request, also I do provide the equipment and or materials for new installation is our responsibility and warranty, if not we are no responsable for the equipment damage or bad function supply by the customer. All installation will by follow local permit, rules, code and regulations by city and state.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineer Electronic Technology, and certified on many cooking, refigeration, HVAC equipment and Brands Name Factory.
CERTIFIED Electromechanical, Electronic Technician, ELECTRICIAN and PLOMER.
