Hi! We love working with new people and helping them stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter :) A typical service call would follow these steps. 1. Introduction and assessment of the issue 2. Diagnosis and recommendation 3. Quote and repair/replacement 4. Final inspection and customer feedback
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mendel, our lead technician has been doing refrigeration and air conditioning work for almost 20 years! He has a 6th sense for diagnosing issues and can usually guess what the issue before he even shows up at the job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in working with commercial businesses with refrigerators, such as groceries, pharmacies and restaurants. We also help homeowners upgrade their air conditioning to split units.
