Ben and Richard showed up quickly, did an expert review of the work, scheduled nimbly around a major holiday, and the work went down exactly as predicted, despite being a tricky job. I’m very pleased and will be hiring them again to do my boiler maintenance.

I have an 18" built-in Northland refrigerator. When the kitchen was refurbished, the refrigerator was the solution to being able to have a full service kitchen. There were a host of problems including the thermostat, condenser etc: it was not working. Enter Ben from Appliance Pros. On a Sunday night, Ben had already contacted me back and set a time to see the fridge. He worked with me and my niece, as we are both intermittently available...Ben is not only clearly very experienced, but extremely honest and reliable. This guy is a rare find in a day and age when appliances are just not made well. Considering the original cost of the fridge and the fact that this model is no longer made, Ben's price was very reasonable. Don't be fooled by other repair companies that charge a small or no initial house visit fee. Ben intended from the start to resolve my fridge problem, and he did so quickly, neatly...cleaning not only the entire guts of the fridge but also the kitchen and any soot that resulted from the repair. Excellent service, very smart tech with not only the brains but the common sense and courtesy to really HELP his clients. Ben is our official appliance repairman. make him yours, he rocks.

Ben was the only vendor out of more than 10 that came out same day to fix my broken central AC system during a particularly hot few days. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and I was up and running again in no time. His prices are more than fair for the quality work done and he's a very nice guy as well. Highly recommended!
